BTN Exchange is a member service within Biotech North, offering four thematic forums—Regulatory & Quality, Sales & Commercialization, Technology & Processing, and Research & Innovation—where members share experiences, discuss challenges, and explore collaboration opportunities. The forums harness collective knowledge to accelerate innovation, sustainability, and growth.
Purpose
BTN Exchange strengthens collaboration across the Biotech North network by providing a space to raise common issues, exchange insights, and develop joint initiatives. It also helps expand networks and identify relevant partners and support resources.
Who can participate?
All employees of Biotech North member companies are welcome, from senior management to early-career professionals. Everyone’s expertise contributes to the cluster’s collective knowledge.
How the forums work
- The forums are member-driven, and meetings can be chaired on a rotating basis.
- Meetings take place both physically and digitally.
- Members can draw on in-cluster expertise or invite external experts when relevant.
- Each meeting has a specific theme and short introduction, followed by open discussion and experience sharing.
- The cluster administration supports the forums with coordination and logistics.
