The Board hereby invites you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Biotech North, which will take place:
Date: Tuesday, 29 April 2026, 13:00–16:00
Location: Tromsø – Kystens Hus, Meeting Room (2nd floor)
(We strongly encourage physical attendance. A Teams link will be available for those joining digitally.)
Following the meeting, a table has been reserved at Skirri on the ground floor of Kystens Hus for an informal social gathering.
About the timing of this year’s AGM
According to the bylaws, the AGM should normally be held before the end of the first quarter. The Board has consciously chosen to schedule this year’s meeting slightly later to allow more time to complete the ongoing work on Biotech North’s strategy and future business model, ensuring that well‑developed proposals can be presented to members.
Formal notice and deadlines
In accordance with the bylaws, members must receive at least one month’s notice.
This notice will be distributed on 6 March 2026 via email to the main contact of each member organisation and published on our website.
Based on the meeting date, the following deadlines apply:
- Deadline for submitting items for consideration:
Wednesday, 15 April 2026 (2 weeks before the AGM) - Publication of the complete agenda:
Wednesday, 22 April 2026 (1 week before the AGM)
Proposals must be submitted in writing to Cluster Manager (Line@biotechnorth.no) within the deadline. Please include the item title, a short rationale, and any suggested decisions.
